Supervision from start to Finish

Principals… Ask yourself these questions

1. Do you have sufficient adult supervision in critical areas of your school ?

2. It the supervision scheduled or consistent at your site?

3. What are the critical areas of your building ?

4. Do you have an organized plan for arrival and dismissal of students?

5. What is your plan for addressing bus related issues?

These are important questions that all building principals should have answers/plans to address.
